Weight loss- Eat less salt,sugar and oily food and also eat less rice. Take bottle-gourd juice in the morning. Do kapalbhati pranayama. If you get purified cow’s urine, it will be best for you to lose weight( take it empty stomach with warm water).
Eyes protection- Working on a computer for a long time makes your eyes tired. Do palming(Put your palm on your eyes for some time). Eat green vegetables,carrots and papaya. Drink at least 8-10 litres of water everyday
Vomiting while travelling- Take a mixture of ginger and onion juice, 1-1 spoon each, a little before starting your trip.
Asthma- 3 grams of powdered turmeric + 2 spoons of ginger juice + 2 spoons of pure honey. Take it 3-4 times a day. If you are taking allopathic medicines take this home remedy along with it. If you feel better then slowly lower the dose of allopathic medicine.
High BP- Take powder cinnamon and take 1/4th of spoon of this powder with luke warm water. Do yoga as well.
